To select the geometry in the block as a boundary, we must use a single, crossing, fence, or implied boundaries. Extend Objects we can extend objects so that they end precisely at the edge of the limits prescribed by other objects. In this example, we will expand / extend the line right to the edge of the boundary line. To create extend the object From the Modify menu, choose Extend. Select the object as a boundary edge. To select all objects in the drawing as a potential border, press ENTER without selecting an object. Select the object to be extended.
