Assembly methods in Solidworks Design

Assembly is the process of combining or assembling several parts in a certain relationship. An assembly is a combination of two or more parts, also called components, in one SOLIDWORKS document. We can position and orient components using pairs that form connections between components. Very easy process. There are 2 assembly methods in Solidworks: 1. Part coordinate system method. 2. Modify menu extend objects AutoCAD

This command is quite important for you to know and will most often be run when describing or editing objects in AutoCAD because of its crucial function. Here I want to show directly how to run this command so that it can be used in drawing and editing images. If we do not set a limit and press ENTER at the Select Objects prompt, all objects become potential boundary. This is called implied selection. To select the geometry in the block as a boundary, we must use a single, crossing, fence, or implied boundaries. Extend Objects we can extend objects so that they end precisely at the edge of the limits prescribed by other objects. In this example, we will expand / extend the line right to the edge of the boundary line. To create extend the object From the Modify menu, choose Extend. Select the object as a boundary edge. To select all objects in the drawing as a potential border, press ENTER without selecting an object. Select the object to be extended.
